Thing 21
The use of a wiki reminds me of google docs. I like the group collaboration of a wiki and I think the students would like it too. They are in the technology now world and it is instant information they could create together. I think it would be good for a class discussion for a question the teacher threw out there just to get the students thinking. It could also be fun to debate a topic and have kids add to a pro and con list.

Nice ideas on this topic. I agree that wikis are a lot like Google Docs, which makes them sort of a moot tool since we are becoming a Google School. I like your idea of having the kids brainstorm ideas and put them into a wiki. That would be a great use of wikis as a class project.
